what I offer:

I offer tailored 121 sessions depending on your needs and required outcomes. Whether that be to run a marathon,  lift weights, reach items off the top shelf or get up and down from the floor so you play with the grand kids!   I will assess you first and then we will decide the best way to get you stronger with improved movement patterns.

I am able to offer resistance training and pilates on the reformer or mat work pilates, it maybe that we use all 3 elements to ensure you achieve the best results.

Alongside rehabilitation I am also able to offer Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM), taping and gait analysis.


I am currently working on launching a zoom class for people who have had joint replacements.  This will cover strength and balance from standing to matwork, not forgetting our feet!
