what I offer:
I offer tailored 121 sessions depending on your needs and required outcomes, whether that be to run a marathon, lift weights, reach items off the top shelf or get up and down from the floor so you play with the grand kids! I will assess you first and then we will decide the best way to get you stronger with improved movement patterns.
I am able to offer resistance training and pilates on the reformer or mat work pilates, it maybe that we use all 3 elements to ensure you achieve the best results.
Alongside rehabilitation I also offer fitness sessions - if you need help to lose weight and become more active I can help!
I currently offer pilates via Zoom so please do let me know if you'd like to join. As soon as I am able I will be running small group Pilates classes in Steyning and Shoreham-by-Sea where numbers are strictly limited to a max of 5 per class.
